As per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your subscription.
Send an email tosupport@unfoldd.me with subject line "Refund Request" along with your registered email and payment ID from Razorpay.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days are not eligible for refunds. Exam fees and individual feature purchases are non-refundable.
